What is kind of tree is this? Does anyone know? It's not a fig tree. The leaves below the fruit look like fig leaves, but it's actually the leaves above the fruit that belong to the tree that the fruit is on.

I don't think so. :)
"tree" would kind of rule out "ivy" but i think you would have more luck if you isolated the leaf on a background and the "fruit" with perhaps a good overall picture of the tree. Why do you want to know anyway? I wouldn't eat anything! Calling poison control at ths point may be productive(or not?)
I'll try to get more evidence. I'm just curious.
